Services
Some of the services provided by PSPS are:
PSPS has toured several Assisted Living Facilities and Group Homes throughout the Valley. Each location has been thoroughly evaluated before being recommended to you.
PSPS will ensure that each facility is licensed and monitored by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
PSPS will interview each client and / or family to determine the following:
- The level of assistance / medical care required
- Geographic area desired for placement
- Budgetary constraints, if any
PSPS will, based on the information gathered during our interview, match each client up with at least 3 facilities to visit and choose from.
PSPS will accompany each client / family to any or all facilities that you wish to visit (including during nights and weekends).
PSPS will maintain contact with clients and families after placement to help resolve any issues that may arise.
PSPS will collect and deliver all necessary documents required for admission (ie. Chest x-ray / Medical records, etc.)
PSPS will assist in the coordination of transportation from Hospital to facility.
